Statement on LBMA Responsible Sourcing of Silver Raw Materials
岷山環(huán)能高科股份公司作為申請(qǐng)LBMA白銀注冊(cè)精煉廠，嚴(yán)格遵守《LBMA負(fù)責(zé)任白銀指南》的要求，建立管理體系，任命調(diào)查小組，對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行盡職調(diào)查，并建立供應(yīng)鏈追溯系統(tǒng)。 As a refinery applying for LBMA silver registration, Minshan Huaneng Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. strictly abides by the requirements of the "LBMA Responsible Silver Guidelines", establishes a management system, appoints an investigation team, conducts due diligence on the supply chain, and establishes a supply chain traceability system.
我司將根據(jù)盡職調(diào)查結(jié)果對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，杜絕與涉及如下行為的供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行合作： Our company will conduct a risk assessment on the supply chain based on the results of due diligence, and refrain from cooperating with supply chains involving the following behaviors:
1. 人 權(quán)侵犯行為，包括使用童工、酷 刑、非人道以及侮辱人格對(duì)待方式、廣泛的使用暴力或其他嚴(yán)重反人 權(quán)強(qiáng) 迫勞動(dòng)、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪、反 人類罪或種族滅 絕罪； 1. Human rights violations, including the use of child labor, torture, inhuman and degrading treatment, widespread use of violence or other serious violations of human rights forced labor, war crimes, crimes against humanity or genocide;
2. 向非法武裝組織或向通過供應(yīng)鏈非法控制礦區(qū)、交易商、其他中介機(jī)構(gòu)、運(yùn)輸線路的公共或私人安全部隊(duì)提供直接或間接支持，或在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)非法征稅或敲詐錢財(cái)或礦產(chǎn)品（“非法武裝組織、公共或私人安全部隊(duì)”）； 2. Provide direct or indirect support to illegal armed groups or to public or private security forces that illegally control mining areas, traders, other intermediaries, transportation routes through the supply chain, or illegally tax or extort money or mining throughout the supply chain; Products (“illegal armed groups, public or private security forces”);
3. 通過賄賂或欺詐掩蓋白銀原產(chǎn)地； 3. Disguise the origin of silver through bribery or fraud;
4. 為遵照政府有關(guān)來自受沖突及高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域的礦產(chǎn)品的提取、貿(mào)易及出口稅費(fèi)要求； 4. To comply with government requirements for extraction, trade and export taxes and fees on minerals from conflict and high-risk areas;
